Gut host-microbe interacties werden geschat aan de hand van een nieuwe benadering van het combineren van een synthetische mondelinge Gemeenschap, in vitro gastro-intestinale spijsvertering en een model van het epitheel van de dunne darm. Presenteren we een methode die aangepast worden kan voor de beoordeling van de cel invasie van ziekteverwekkers en multispecifieke biofilms, of zelfs om te testen op het overlevingsvermogen van probiotische formuleringen.
