Her presenterer vi en protokoll for å få en stor synsfelt (FOV) tredimensjonale (3D) fluorescens og OCT retinal bildet ved hjelp av en roman tenkelig flere plattform. Vi vil introdusere systemoppsettet, metoden for justering og operative protokollene. I vivo bildebehandling vil bli demonstrert og representant resultatene vil bli gitt.
