Aquí detallamos un método para obtener imágenes de células vivas de exocitosis regulada. Este método utiliza FITC-los dextranos, que se acumulan en orgánulos relacionados con los lisosomas, como reportero. Este sencillo método permite también distinguir entre los diferentes modos de exocitosis regulada en las células que son difíciles de manipular genéticamente.
