Här presenterar vi protokoll för att utnyttja insekt cell baculoviridae protein uttryck systemet och för att producera stora mängder utsöndras växtproteiner för protein kristallisering. En baculoviridae uttryck vektor har modifierats med antingen GP67 eller insekt hemolin signal peptiden för växt proteinuttryck sekretion i insekt celler.
