ICP0 erfährt nuklearen-cytoplasmatische Translokation bei HSV-1 Infektion. Der molekulare Mechanismus dieses Ereignisses ist nicht bekannt. Hier beschreiben wir die Verwendung von confocal Mikroskop als Instrument zur ICP0 Bewegung in HSV-1-Infektion, die legt den Grundstein für die Analyse von quantitativ ICP0 Translokation in zukünftigen mechanistische Studien zu quantifizieren.
