Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att inducera och värdering sjukdom i en xenogena graft-versus-host sjukdom (xenogvhd) modell. xenoGVHD ger en in vivo-modell för att studera immunsuppression av humana T-celler. Dessutom beskriver vi hur man detekterar humana T-celler i vävnader med digital PCR som ett verktyg för att kvantifiera immunsuppression.
