Denne protokol beskriver en meget følsom og høj overførselshastighed neutrofile ekstracellulære fælde (NET) assay for semi-automatiske kvantificering af ex vivo nettet formation ved immunfluorescens tredimensionale Konfokal mikroskopi. Denne protokol kan bruges til at evaluere netto dannelse og nedbrydning efter forskellige stimuli og kan bruges til at undersøge potentielle NET-målrettede behandlinger.
