Denne protokollen beskriver en svært følsom og høy gjennomstrømning nøytrofile ekstracellulære felle (NET) analysen for den semi-automatisert kvantifiseringen av ex vivo NET dannelsen av immunofluorescence tredimensjonal AC confocal mikroskopi. Denne protokollen kan brukes til å evaluere netto dannelse og fornedrelse etter ulike stimuli og kan brukes til å studere mulige NET-målrettet terapi.
