Vi beskriver en in vivo immunisering, translationell hepatitmodell hos BALB / c-möss som kan användas för att studera patogenesen av läkemedelsinducerad autoimmun hepatit inklusive könsskillnader som ses vid denna sjukdom. Vi kommer att beskriva hur denna modell visar reproducerbara analyser med hjälp av in vivo och in vitro experimentella tekniker.
