Transgene lck:eGFP zebrafish express GFP zeer in T lymfocyten en zijn gebruikt voor het bestuderen van de T cel ontwikkeling en acute lymfatische leukemie. Deze regel kan worden gebruikt voor studie B-cellen, die lck op lagere niveaus uitdrukken. Dit protocol beschrijft zuivering van kwaadaardige en niet-kwaadaardige B-cellen uit lck:eGFP zebrafish.
