יציבות תרמית של פעילות אנזים נמדד בקלות על ידי טיטור איזותרמי calorimetry (ITC). כיום, רוב מבחני יציבות חלבון המשמש מדד חלבון התגלגלות, אבל אינם מספקים מידע אודות פעילות אנזימטיות. המרכז לטניס בישראל מאפשר קביעה ישירה ההשפעה של שינויים האנזים על היציבות של פעילות אנזים.
