Nous présentons un protocole utilisant une approche génétique avancée au dépiste pour des mutants présentant la neurodégénérescence dans le melanogaster de Drosophila. Il intègre un test d'escalade, l'analyse histologique, la cartographie des gènes et le séquençage de l'ADN pour finalement identifier de nouveaux gènes liés au processus de neuroprotection.
