Een nieuwe steekproef houder voor macromoleculaire X-Ray kristallografie samen met een geschikt behandelingsprotocol wordt voorgesteld. Het systeem maakt kristalgroei, Crystal soaken en in situ diffractie gegevens verzamelen op beide, ambient en cryogene temperatuur zonder de noodzaak van een kristal manipulatie of montage.
