Vi beskriver en ny teknisk tilnærming for å studere fotosyntetiske tiltak i høyere anlegg som involverer samtidige målinger av klorofyll a fluorescens og blad refleksjon ved hjelp av en Pam og en Spectral Radiometer mølle for påvisning av signaler fra samme blad området i Arabidopsis.
