Eine Bioinformatik-Pipeline, nämlich miRDeep-P2 (kurz miRDP2), mit aktualisierten pflanzen-miRNA-Kriterien und einem überarbeiteten Algorithmus, könnte microRNA-Transkriptome in Pflanzen genau und effizient analysieren, insbesondere für Arten mit komplexen und großen Genomen.
