والهدف من هذا الأسلوب هو الحصول علي الخلايا الليفية المستمدة من المصفوفات 3D كسقالة طبيعيه لاختبارات الخلوية اللاحقة. يتم البذر الخلايا الليفية في لوحه الثقافة قبل المعالجة وحفز مع حمض الاسكوربيك لتوليد مصفوفة. المصفوفات هي المكررة ومسدودة للثقافة الخلايا ذات الصلة (علي سبيل المثال ، الخلايا البطانية).
