Syftet med denna metod är att få fibroblast-härledda 3D-matriser som en naturlig byggnadsställning för efterföljande cellulära analyser. Fibroblaster är seedade i en pre-behandlade odlingsplattan och stimuleras med askorbinsyra för Matrix generation. Matriserna är decellularized och blockeras för att odla relevanta celler (t. ex. endotelceller).
