Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att upptäcka totala cellulära reaktiva syrearter (ROS) med 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA). Denna metod kan visualisera cellulära ROS lokalisering i vidhäftande celler med en fluorescens mikroskop och kvantifiera ROS intensitet med en fluorescens platta läsare. Detta protokoll är enkelt, effektivt och kostnadseffektivt.
