Vi presenterer en protokoll for isolasjon, kultur og adipogen induksjon av neural crest avledet fettavledede stamceller (NCADSCs) fra periaortisk fettvev av Wnt-1 Cre+/-; Rosa26RFP/+ mus. NCADSCs kan være en lett tilgjengelig kilde til ADSCs for modellering av adipogenese eller lipogenesis in vitro.
