Præsenteret her er en protokol til registrering af muskel hastighed opsving cykler (MVRCs), en ny metode til at undersøge muskelmembranegenskaber. MVRCs muliggøre in vivo vurdering af muskelmembran potentiale og ændringer i muskel ion kanal funktion i forhold til patologi, og det gør det muligt at påvisning af muskeldepolarisering i neurogene muskler.
