We presenteren hier een verbeterd protocol voor de hele montering van drosophila-teelballen, geschikt voor confocale microscopie en ook reproduceerbaar en betrouwbaar labelen mogelijk. We illustreren dit protocol door 3D-representatie en kwantificering van colocalisatie-experimenten op de grote S4-S5 spermatocyten.
