Vi etablerede betingelserne for at kultur neurale progenitor celler fra subventrikulære zone og dentate gyrus af den voksne hjerne prærie voles, som en supplerende in vitro undersøgelse, at analysere de kønsafhængige forskelle mellem neurogene nicher, der kunne være en del af funktionelle plast ændringer forbundet med social adfærd.
