In dit artikel beschrijven we een methode om glycolyse en mitochondriale ademhaling te meten in primaire menselijke Natural Killer (NK) cellen geïsoleerd van perifeer bloed, in rust of na IL15-geïnduceerde activering. Het beschreven protocol kan gemakkelijk worden uitgebreid tot primaire menselijke NK-cellen die worden geactiveerd door andere cytokines of oplosbare stimuli.
