mikroRNA er involvert i patogenesen av IgA nefropati. Vi har utviklet en pålitelig metode for å oppdage mikroRNA-ekspresjonsnivåer i nyrene til en IgA nefropatimusemodell (HIGA-mus). Denne nye metoden vil gjøre det lettere å sjekke for miRNA involvering i IgA nefropati.
