Dit protocol presenteert de acetylcholine-herprovocatie na nitroglycerine als een aanvullende procedure voor het testen van spasme-provocaties. Het doel van deze techniek is om naast elkaar bestaande microvasculaire spasmen bij patiënten met epicardiale spasmen te ontmaskeren en om de beschermende werkzaamheid van nitroglycerine per patiënt te beoordelen om medische therapie te begeleiden.
