Detta protokoll presenterar en jämförelse mellan två olika induktionsprotokoll för differentiering av humant dental massa stamceller (hDPSCs) mot bukspottskörteln härstamningar in vitro:integrativ protokollet och icke-integrativ protokollet. Det integrativa protokollet genererar fler insulinproducerande celler (IPC).
