Vi demonstrerer hvordan man etablerer en murinmodell av lungerotimplantasjon i den synkende aorta for å simulere Ross-prosedyren. Denne modellen muliggjør mellomlang/langsiktig evaluering av pulmonal autograft-ombygging i en systemisk posisjon, som representerer grunnlaget for å utvikle terapeutiske strategier for å fremme tilpasningen.
