Celcalciumbeeldvorming is een veelzijdige methodologie om dynamische signalering van individuele cellen te bestuderen, op gemengde populaties in cultuur of zelfs op ontwaakte dieren, gebaseerd op de expressie van calciumdoorlatende kanalen / receptoren die unieke functionele handtekeningen geven.
