En protokoll for å måle perifere blod leukocytter ved hjelp av en POCT-kortbasert leukocyttanalysator presenteres her. De samme blodprøvene ble testet av to automatiserte hematologianalysatorer for å evaluere konsistensen og nøyaktigheten av resultatene. Resultatene viste at den evaluerte analysatoren hadde en god sammenheng med referansesystemet.
