Denne protokollen presenterer en ny kirurgisk teknikk for nyretransplantasjon med fokus på en modifisert arteriell anastomosestrategi. En vaskulær suturteknikk inkludert en enkel og sikrere anastomosemetode for urinblære presenteres også. Disse modifikasjonene forkorter operasjonstiden og forbedrer suksessraten for musens nyretransplantasjonsprosedyre.
