Detta protokoll beskriver studien av neutrofil-biofilminteraktioner. Staphylococcus aureus biofilmer etableras in vitro och inkuberas med perifera blod-härledda humana neutrofiler. Det oxidativa sprängresponsen från neutrofiler kvantifieras och neutrofillokaliseringen i biofilmen bestäms genom mikroskopi.
