Ett tillförlitligt icke-invasivt tillvägagångssätt för funktionell bedömning av donatorhjärtat under normotermisk ex situ hjärtperfusion (NESP) saknas. Vi beskriver häri ett protokoll för ex situ bedömning av myokardiell prestanda med hjälp av epikardiell ekokardiografi och konduktanskatetermetod.
