Vi tillhandahåller ett protokoll som generellt kan tillämpas på utvalda aptamerer som endast binder till infektiösa virus och inte till virus som har gjorts icke-infektiösa genom en desinfektionsmetod eller till andra liknande virus. Detta gör det möjligt att fastställa smittsamhetsstatus i bärbara tester och snabbtester.
