Este trabalho apresenta um novo método para a síntese de hidrogéis de matriz extracelular de cartilagem decelularizada (DC-ECM). Os hidrogéis DC-ECM têm excelente biocompatibilidade e fornecem um microambiente superior para o crescimento celular. Portanto, podem ser arcabouços celulares ideais e sistemas de liberação biológica.
