Ce protocole décrit une méthode permettant d’établir un modèle murin de silicose par exposition répétée à des suspensions de silice par écoulement nasal. Ce modèle peut imiter de manière efficace, pratique et flexible le processus pathologique de la silicose humaine avec une répétabilité et une économie élevées.
