Biography

Minjeong Kim is a PhD candidate in the Department of Animal Science at the University of Tennessee. Her main research interest is primarily focused on adipocyte development in the broiler chick embryo with an emphasis on the hen diet with n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. For her PhD research, she is working under the supervision of Dr. Brynn Voy. She obtained her MS in Animal Science and Technology from Konkuk University, Korea in 2015 and BS in Animal Science and Technology from Pusan National University, Korea in 2011.
