Julien Godet Laboratoire de Bioimagerie et Pathologies University of Strasbourg Biography Publications Institution JoVE Articles Julien GodetAssociate Professor Julien Godet is an Assistant Professor and hospital practitioner at the University of Strasbourg and Strasbourg Teaching Hospital (France). He is pharmacist by training, hold a Pharm.D and is a consultant at Strasbourg Teaching Hospital.He obtained his Ph.D. in 2010 with a thesis on the biophysical studies of the nucleic acid chaperone properties of the HIV-1 nucleocapsid protein. He was appointed lecturer in biophysics and biostatistics at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Illkirch (Strasbourg) in France in 2012. He has been a visiting scholar in the Sir David Klenerman group at the University of Cambridge (UK) for a year in 2014 and a visiting lab associate in the Jacobs-Wagner lab at Yale University (CT, USA) in 2016.Julien Godet’s scientific interests range from single molecule localization microscopy to advanced data analysis and modelling. In recent years, he has been involved in the development of microscopy approaches to elucidate at the molecular level the fundamental organization of secondary metabolite pathways in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
