Hier presenteren we een gedetailleerd protocol om eiwit niveaus te detecteren en te kwantificeren tijdens craniofaciale morfogenese/pathogenese door immunokleuring met behulp van muis craniofaciale weefsels als voorbeeld. Daarnaast beschrijven we een methode voor het bereiden en cryosnijden van onverdecalcificeerde harde weefsels van jonge muizen voor immunokleuring.
