Dit protocol beschrijft een efficiënte methode om een nanoemulsion voor een oliezuurgehalte acids-platinum(II) conjugate gestabiliseerd met een lysine-tyrosine-fenylalanine (KYF)-tripeptide synthetiseren. De nanoemulsion vormen onder zachte synthetische voorwaarden via zelf-assemblage van de KYF en de geconjugeerde.
