פרוטוקול לחקר אירועים המונעים על ידי FcγRIIIa על ידי נוגדנים טיפוליים בתאי הרג טבעיים אנושיים מתואר כאן. פלטפורמת גירוי מלאכותית זו מאפשרת חקירה של פונקציות אפקט במורד הזרם כגון degranulation, ייצור chemokine / ציטוקינים, ומסלולי איתות בתיווך FcγRIIIa וחלקי Fc של נוגדנים המעורבים בכריכה.
