Die Apoptose kann durch die durchflusszytometrische Analyse früher und später apoptotischer Biomarker charakterisiert werden. Die Zelllinie des Gebärmutterhalskrebses, SiHa, wurde nach Behandlung mit Actinomycin D mit einem Benchtop-Durchflusszytometer auf Apoptose-Biomarker untersucht.
