In this video, we demonstrate the processing of FFPE or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections obtained from gastrointestinal tumor tissue. The deparaffinization and rehydration steps allow the processing of the tissue specimen for subsequent analytical applications.

Protocol

All procedures involving human participants have been performed in compliance with the institutional, national and international guidelines for human welfare and have been reviewed by the local institutional review board. 1. Washing the Slides Prepare 10 µm of unstained formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections.
