Dit manuscript wordt beschreven standaardprotocollen voor het meten van tau hyperphosphorylation, tau binding aan de microtubuli, en lokalisatie van intracellulaire tau drug behandelingen na te meten. Deze protocollen kunnen herhaaldelijk worden gebruikt voor het screenen van drugs of andere verbindingen die gericht zijn op tau hyperphosphorylation of microtubulus bindend.
