ExCYT is een MATLAB gebaseerde grafische User Interface (GUI) waarmee gebruikers hun stroom cytometry om gegevens te analyseren via algemeen gebruikte analytische technieken voor high-dimensional data waaronder dimensionaliteit vermindering via t-GND, een aantal handmatige en geautomatiseerde Clustering van de methoden, heatmaps en roman high-dimensionale stroom percelen.
