Deze methode baseert zich op de injectie van 0.5 − 3 l van oplossing in de thorax van volwassen zebravis. De procedure levert efficiënt proteïnen en chemische samenstellingen in de nabijheid van het zebravis hart zonder het orgaan te beschadigen. De aanpak is geschikt voor het testen van effecten van exogene factoren op verschillende weefsels van het hart.
