אנו מתארים הנחיות לבצע אינטובציה בטוח ויעיל fiberoptic בחירה מטופלים ילדים, תוך שמירה על אוורור ספונטנית.
Abstract
אינטובציה fiberoptic בקרב ילדים נדרש לעתים קרובות במיוחד בדרכי הנשימה הקשים של חולי תסמונת syndromic כלומר רובין פייר. תינוקות קטנים לא desaturate מהר מאוד אם אוורור נקטע בעיקר קצב חילוף החומרים גבוה. אנו מתארים הנחיות לבצע אינטובציה fiberoptic בטוח תוך שמירה על נשימה ספונטנית במהלך ההליך. צעדים המחייבים את השימוש של המשאבה propofol, פנטניל, קטטר glycopyrrolate, גומי אדום, insuflation וו מתכת, afrin, חומר סיכה ו לידוקאין ספריי מוצגים.
