In dit protocol presenteren we de experimentele procedures van een celverspreidende test die is gebaseerd op live-cell microscopie. We bieden een open-source computationele tool voor de onbevooroordeede segmentatie van fluorescerend gelabelde cellen en kwantitatieve analyse van lamellipodiadynamiek tijdens celverspreiding.
