Die komplette Konstruktion eines eigenen, real-time konfokalen Scanning Imaging-System beschrieben wird. Dieses System, das leicht für Video-rate-Mikroskopie und Mikroendoskopie verwendet werden kann, erlaubt eine Reihe von Imaging-Geometrien und-Anwendungen nicht zugänglich mit handelsüblichen konfokale Systeme, zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten.
