Denne protokol beskriver en microfabrication-kompatibel metode til celle mønster på SiO2. En foruddefineret parylen-C design fotolitografisk trykt på SiO 2 wafers. Efter inkubation med serum (eller anden aktivering løsning) celler overholder specifikt til (og vokse i henhold til overensstemmelse) underliggende parylen-C, mens bliver frastødt af SiO 2-regioner.
