Ultra-hoge frequentie echografie is een krachtige live-imaging tool om cardiale afwijkingen in kleine proefdieren. Zijn noninvasiveness maakt het handhaven van de fysiologische toestand van de embryo's. Hierin tonen we het gebruik van M-mode echo om de hartslag van embryo meten E18.5 in de baarmoeder.
